Vacation Neth. October
I have leave, hopefully until mid November. This time I travel directly to Amsterdam. Bert is picking me up when I arrive in the afternoon. When I enter the house Quint awakens and starts crying when he sees me. He has a scary dad.
Melissa is still in school we will pick her up later. It is good to be with the family again.
Quint is doing very well, he has not been ill since he moved to Holland. I want to relieve Shirley as much as possible t
hese days, so she’s able to sleep throughout the night. The daily ritual with Quint’s feeding and medication schedule is though especially since you are unable to get an uninterrupted sleep.
The first week goes nice and slow, afterwards the days go by much quicker. We are mainly busy with Quint and Melissa. We also have to organize Melissa’s Birthday party.
Although limited where you can go with Quint, it is a good time. Quint has become a nice little guy. He is noisy and tries to standup. We had to lower the crib floor twice.
